A Unique Recipe For Redemption

Turning red zones into green lights — how Miss A’s journey to Jesus and Japanese cuisine began.

Ani approached a village church after fleeing her country that was in civil war. After the sisters from the village church told her about Jesus, we gave her an audio bible. Ani and her family have now given their lives to Jesus and are walking with Him.

In one of our outreaches to the bars in the area’s red zone, we met Miss A. We befriended her and invited her outside the bar to talk. We asked her what she wanted to do, and she told us she always dreamed of being a chef as she really likes to cook.

We looked for alternatives for her as she wanted to leave prostitution but needed the money. We contacted her about a high-level Japanese restaurant and helped her apply for the job and prepare for the interviews.

She left prostitution and started working at that restaurant two weeks ago! She is in the process of knowing Jesus as her personal Saviour!
