God has done a miracle in getting my wife’s student visa processed with the university! To make a long story short, there is a very complex bureaucratic system in place for foreigners to become students here. One of the requirements is that the incoming student gets a clean bill of health approved by the university.

My wife went to the university, got her medical exam done, and a week later had to go back to take the results to get approved by the visa office. She took her results to the intake counter, and the man behind the counter said that her exam had been flagged and could not be submitted. She asked why, and he didn’t have an answer. She asked if there was a doctor available to review the test with her, and the man said, “In 15 years of doing this job, I have never sent the paperwork back to the doctor for review.”

In that office full of people and right in front of this man, my wife did only what she had the power to do at that moment. She started singing! She started singing the Chris Tomlin song, “I know who goes before me, I know who stands behind, the God of Angel Armies is always by my side.”

As she sang, this man’s disposition changed. He started to become light and happy and started singing his song to himself! A moment later he told my wife, “Okay, wait over here and I’ll call a doctor to review with you.”

The doctor came, confused as to why she was there, and went over the results. She looked the test over and told my wife that she doesn’t see a reason why the test was flagged. She gave her stamp of approval, and my wife was able to submit the test!”

He is a God of miracles. Often in the most unexpected places!
