Since two earthquakes struck Southern Turkey and Northern Syria, our Lebanon-based mission partner has worked on the ground with four local Syrian churches to provide relief to those affected. According to Mr. B, the earthquakes have left people more traumatised than by the preceding nine years of civil conflict.

In response, local churches have sought to provide a safe refuge besides food, clothing, shelter, and medical care. In this way, more than 1500 families, Christians and non-Christians alike, are experiencing God’s love, and it is the intention of our mission partner and the local churches to continue ministering to these local communities in the months ahead.
