A family joined the church planting training at a local town. The following Sunday, the entire family traveled 20 km on their motorbike to a church service held in a cow’s barn. It was here that the husband gave his heart to Jesus.

The family has 3 children. The husband is a hard-working rice farmer. Their home burnt down 4 months prior to our visit, and their community helped them as best as they could. This couple never gave up hope. They were led to this training for a Divine appointment.

At the training, God gave us a prophetic word for the wife that had her in tears for 10 minutes while God was healing old wounds and comforting her. Her husband watched as we held her as she cried, a hug can heal a thousand broken hearts.

The Holy Spirit did the hard work. When the family left that day, a light shone from their faces. They knew things were going to turn around for them because of Jesus. We praise God that we were able to bless them spiritually, financially, and physically. Faith in action.
