Testimony from the field | God’s Provision in Heartbreak
Prayer for World Outreach’s field personnel is vital! Especially during COVID-19.
We have received this testimony from one of our faithful frontline workers. We pray this encourages you too!
“One of our primary four students had an unfortunate accident. She was helping her mother at a roadside noodle stall when a car rammed into her, crushing the lower half of her body. We were shocked and all we could do was pray and get friends to pray for her.
The doctors were amazed at her fast recovery, and we can only attribute it to our God who answers prayers!
A generous supporter blessed this girl’s mother with some financial aid, which is a big help to the family as she could not work because she had to care for her daughter after the accident. When we told the mother this, she was in tears and was so touched by the love of God. We also helped the girl with her studies as she is unable to go to school, and she was so surprised when we brought an ice cream cake over for her birthday. Her mother told us that she had wished for an ice-cream cake just that morning! We trust that one day, this mother and daughter will become followers of Jesus.“
We pray you will be encouraged by this testimony of God’s provision! Will you join us in praying for the unreached people around the globe?
Would you partner with us in ministering to those in need throughout this global crisis?
Please consider giving to the COVID-19 Assistance Appeal to help reach more people in need!
Our missionaries need funds to help people within the communities they are endeavouring to reach. These funds will be used to purchase food, medicines and other basic necessities to help people struggling to get by.
