Testimony from the field | A Story of Deliverance

Prayer for World Outreach’s field personnel is vital! Especially during COVID-19.

We have received this strong encouragement from one of our faithful frontline workers in South-East Africa. We pray it may encourage you too!

If you would like to partner with us, please see below for how to give to our COVID-19 Appeal.

”A lady from other religion, came with her husband three weeks ago. When we heard about her suffering and her family story, the Holy Spirit started to reveal her bondage to us.

Her grandmother is a witch doctor. She is getting blind and had to stop working as a witch doctor. The woman had been chosen at birth to become her grandmother’s successor.

At the deliverance prayer, the demons didn’t manifest, but she felt that her arm was painful and heavy. When we found out that she still had all the material and the red flags at home (a sign of the residence of a witchdoctor), we stopped the prayer session immediately.

Two of our leaders went into her village the next day. The grandmother didn’t want to repent. But at least she gave her granddaughter the freedom to decide for herself. The brothers destroyed everything, the woman picked a new name and our leaders cut off the covenant that was made with the demons. She manifested and coughed three times and then she was free!”

Praise the Lord for this deliverance!

We pray you will be encouraged by this story! Will you join us in praying for the unreached people around the globe?

Would you partner with us in ministering to those in need throughout this global crisis?

We’d love to have your prayer and partnership in the important work being done all over the globe

Please consider giving to the COVID-19 Assistance Appeal to help reach more people in need!

Our missionaries need funds to help people within the communities they are endeavouring to reach. These funds will be used to purchase food, medicines and other basic necessities to help people struggling to get by.
