Roses in the Red Light
Roses in the Red Light is the true story of Patricia Green’s work, over more than twenty-five years, with women in prostitution. In 1988 Patricia moved from her native New Zealand to Bangkok and began to minister to Thai women working in prostitution in the infamous Patpong red-light district. The organisation she founded, Rahab Ministries, gained great recognition and became a role model for similar programmes in many countries. In 2006, she moved to Berlin, where she founded Alabaster Jar, a Christian outreach ministry to women working in street prostitution in Berlin. She went home to be with her Lord in March 2015.
